Q : จะมีโปรโมชันใหม่ออกมาหรือเปล่า?
A : ผู้โดยสารสามารถติดตามข่าวสารเพิ่มเติมได้ที่บีทีเอส แฟนเพจ หรือทางเว็บไซต์
Q : ลูกค้าที่มีเที่ยวการเดินทางหมดอายุจากผลกระทบเหตุการณ์โควิด-19 สามารถใช้งานเที่ยวเดินทางได้ถึงเมื่อไหร่?
A : สำหรับผู้โดยสารที่ใช้บัตรแรบบิท ผูกกับ Rabbit LINE Pay โดยมีเที่ยวการเดินทางหมดอายุตั้งแต่ 18 เมษายน 2564 - 31 พฤษภาคม 2564 ซึ่งท่านได้รับคูปองมูลค่าตามจำนวนเที่ยวเดินทางคงเหลือไปแล้ว สามารถนำคูปองไปใช้เป็นส่วนลดสำหรับการซื้อเที่ยวเดินทาง 30 วัน ได้จนถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2564
หากผู้โดยสารไม่ประสงค์จะใช้คูปองเพื่อเป็นส่วนลดในการซื้อเที่ยวเดินทาง 30 วัน ภายในวันที่ 30 ก.ย. 64 ทางบริษัทจะทำการชดเชยให้เป็นคูปองชุดใหม่ โดยจะแจ้งข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมให้ทราบผ่านทาง Rabbit LINE Pay Facebook และ LINE Official Account ภายในวันที่ 15 ตุลาคม 2564
Q : เที่ยวเดินทางที่ซื้อไว้จะสามารถใช้งานต่อได้หรือไม่ หลังจากประกาศสิ้นสุดการซื้อเที่ยวเดินทาง?
A : ลูกค้าที่ซื้อเที่ยวการเดินทาง 30 วัน ภายในวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2564 สามารถใช้เที่ยวเดินทางได้ตามเงื่อนไขเดิม โดยใช้เดินทางเที่ยวแรกภายใน 45 วันนับจากวันที่ซื้อเที่ยวเดินทาง และอีก 30 วัน นับจากวันที่ใช้เดินทางครั้งแรก

Q : For customers whose trips have expired due to the impact of COVID-19, when will be the last date for their trips purchased?
A : Passengers who hold Rabbit Card with the trip expiration from 18 April – 31 May 2021, are eligible to contact the ticket office at every station to extend and add trips from 1 June – 31 December 2021. After the extension of the date, the trips are valid for 30 days from the first date of use. • Passenger who binds Rabbit Card with Rabbit LINE Pay with the trip expiration from 18 April – 31 May 2021, of which has received coupon value of the remaining trips. The aforementioned coupon can be used as a discount for purchasing 30-Day trips until 30 September 2021. • In the case that passengers do not wish to use the coupon as a discount on the purchase of the 30-Day trip within 30 September 2021. The Company will compensate with the new coupon. More information will be informed via Rabbit LINE Pay Facebook and LINE Official Account within 15 October 2021.
Q : Can passengers who purchase 30-Day Trip Passes be able to continue using the promotion after the discontinuation?
A : Customers who purchase a 30-Day Trip Passes within 30 Sep 2021 are able to use the trip according to the original conditions, including 1) Use first trip within 45 days from the date of purchase 2) 30 days from the date of the first trip.
