ข้อกำหนดและเงื่อนไข
1. สิทธิพิเศษเฉพาะลูกค้าบัตรเครดิต JCB ที่ออกบัตรในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
2. รับสิทธิ์เงินคืนมูลค่า 100 บาท/เดือน/บัญชี Rabbit LINE Pay เมื่อมียอดใช้จ่ายผ่านบัตร JCB ตามข้อ 1. รวมในร้านค้าที่ร่วมรายการในแต่ละเดือนตั้งแต่ 1,500 บาทขึ้นไป (มูลค่าหลังหักส่วนลดต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งการใช้ LINE POINTS )/เดือน/บัญชี Rabbit LINE Pay
3. เงินที่คืนจะคำนวณจากรายการใช้จ่ายผ่าน Rabbit LINE Pay โดยไม่นับรวมการชำระค่าบิลและการเติมเงินทุกประเภทซึ่งไม่เข้าร่วมรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ เช่น การชำระค่าบริการรายเดือนของ AIS Fiber, AIS, DTAC, FINN Mobile, NU Mobile และการเติมเงินโทรศัพท์หรือ Easy pass เป็นต้น
4. จำกัดเงินคืนสูงสุดไม่เกิน 100 บาท/เดือน/บัญชี Rabbit LINE Pay และจำกัดเงินคืนสูงสุดไม่เกิน 300 บาท/บัญชี Rabbit LINE Pay ตลอดระยะเวลารายการส่งเสริมการขาย
5. จำกัดจำนวน 2,000 สิทธิ์/เดือน ตามลำดับการทำธุรกรรมเท่านั้น คิดเป็นมูลค่าทั้งสิ้น 600,000 บาท โดยจะมีการจัดสรรตามลำดับก่อนหลังของการขอรับสิทธิ์
6. ระยะเวลาส่งเสริมการขายตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 กรกฎาคม 2565 - 30 กันยายน 2565
7. เงินคืนจะถูกโอนเข้ากระเป๋าเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ Rabbit LINE Pay ภายใน 60 วัน นับจากสิ้นเดือนที่มียอดใช้จ่ายตามเงื่อนไข
8. ลูกค้าต้องทำการสร้างบัญชี Rabbit LINE Pay และเปิดใช้กระเป๋าเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (Rabbit LINE Pay e-Wallet) ให้เรียบร้อย ภายในเดือนที่ได้รับสิทธิ เพื่อรองรับการคืนเงินเข้ากระเป๋าเงินอิเล็กทรอนิกส์เท่านั้น
9. JCB และ Rabbit LINE Pay ไม่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องกับสินค้าหรือบริการ หากมีปัญหาหรือข้อสงสัย กรุณาติดต่อร้านค้าหรือผู้ให้บริการโดยตรง
10. JCB และ Rabbit LINE Pay ขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงรายละเอียดและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า กรณีเกิดข้อโต้แย้งหรือข้อพิพาทใด ๆ ที่เกี่ยวกับรายการส่งเสริมการขายนี้ คำตัดสินของบริษัทฯ ถือเป็นที่สุด

Terms & Conditions
1. Exclusively for JCB credit card issued in Thailand.
2. Get the cash back of 100 baht/month/Rabbit LINE Pay account when the total spending at participating merchant each month is at least THB 1,500 (the said spending value is that calculated after deducting various discounts including the use of LINE POINTS)/month/Rabbit LINE Pay account.
3. The cashback will be calculated from spending items via Rabbit LINE Pay. The calculation shall exclude bill payments and all types of top-ups, for example, a monthly service fees payment for AIS Fiber, AIS, DTAC, FINN. Mobile, NU Mobile and phone recharge or Easy pass services etc.
4. The cashback is limited to 100 Baht/month/Rabbit LINE Pay account and limited to 300 baht/Rabbit LINE Pay account throughout the promotional period.
5. The cashback is limited to 2,000 rights per month, having total value of THB 600,000. The cash back will be allocated on a first come-first serve-basis.
6. Promotion period starts from 1 July 2022 - 30 September 2022.
7. The cashback will be transferred to Rabbit LINE Pay e-Wallet within 60 days after the end of month that has spending in accordance with conditions specified.
8. Customers must create a Rabbit LINE Pay account and activate the Rabbit LINE Pay e-Wallet within the month of the privilege to support refunds to electronic wallets only.
9. JCB and Rabbit LINE Pay has no involvement in goods and service provided. All disputes about quality of goods and services should be resolved directly with the merchant.
10. JCB and Rabbit LINE Pay reserves the rights of final decisions on any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion.
